A bit about us...

We are in our mid-fifties and are enjoying small town living here in McGregor.  Beth ‘semi-retired’ in June ’05 from +25 years of state government work (DOT), most recently in La Crosse, WI (and previously in Alaska) and has taken on the lodging endeavor.  Zip is sales manager for Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and eastern Iowa for Nachurs-Alpine Solutions (liquid fertilizer) and has to keep his job in order for Beth to pursue her ‘retirement’ activities of lodging, quilting, painting and Oprah-watching.

We both ride BMW motorcycles; in fact, we own 4 of them. Most times, we’d rather be riding, but we enjoy providing our lodging to fellow motorcyclists and those of you in 4-wheel vehicles too.

We were married in March ’05, so we are still newlyweds!
